Course focus
Real Estate Law introduces property as a set of rights and responsibilities. The syllabus covers contracts and acquisition documents, title and surveys, zoning, easements, environmental questions, construction and leases.
The BridgePoint and Macerich student proposals offer related questions about ownership, use and due diligence. Their inclusion does not establish that legal due diligence was performed or that Adam is qualified to provide legal advice.
