Course focus
The course examines property technology, financial technology and venture investment through real-estate case studies. Its syllabus considers AI applications in valuation, management, leasing and construction while asking how to evaluate business claims critically.
Living Ground is a separate exploratory inquiry into organizing evidence and stewardship. It is a useful related question, not a validated business or evidence that a planned course case study has been completed.
