Course focus
Affordable Housing Development follows a project from housing need through finance, design, construction and operations. The syllabus introduces the participants, development budgets, capital stacks and pro formas—the tools used to organize costs, funding and projected operations.
Philadelphia was produced in Design V in Fall 2025. It and the 2024 housing interview paper offer earlier design and research perspectives to compare with this Fall 2026 course.
