Course focus

This seminar examines affordability through the design and construction of houses. The syllabus considers physical, financial, social and environmental constraints alongside materials, durability, scheduling and the organization of building work.

The housing projects below provide design questions to read alongside the seminar. Habitat partnerships and volunteering appear in the course’s opportunities; they are not evidence that Adam completed a particular build or assignment.
