A civic and cultural program, terraced public spaces and pedestrian routes frame the proposal around Piazza Brin.
The team connected Garbatella and Ostiense through a proposed civic, cultural and educational hub with mixed uses. Terraces respond to the change in ground level; shaded walks and a market hall extend the public-space network. The separate Market Hall record develops the building study.
